Reiki Master & Teacher

Tristan is available as a Reiki Master practitioner for everyone.

She is also a qualified Reiki Teacher. As such she can guide you through the levels of Reiki to become a Reiki practitioner yourself.

Most of us have experienced a healing touch at some point in our lives. When we bump into something our first reaction it to put our hand on where it hurts. It is a natural reaction or instinct to do so. Taking that instinctual reaction to a higher level is Reiki. Pronounced “ray-key,” it is a gentle hands-on healing technique. A Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit for healing energy, which flows to where the receiver needs it most.

Reiki originated in Tibet thousands of years ago. Tibetan Buddhist lamas have used this method to heal bodies and harmonize souls for centuries. The knowledge and attunements required to practice Reiki are passed on directly from a Reiki Master-Teacher to student in several levels.

Animals are extremely receptive to Reiki because they are more sensitive to the energy around them. I frequently use Reiki in a massage therapy session particularly with a horse that has never received a massage. It has been very helpful with the horses I train as it encourages a unique and harmonious level of communication.

Reiki has been beneficial to animals (including humans) that have suffered emotional trauma, stress, depression, and those healing from physical problems. It can balance and center the receiver emotionally and spiritually. It is a painless and non-invasive form of healing. In many parts of the country Reiki is widely used in hospitals to help patients facilitate their ability to heal themselves.
